The CREDAI CSR Foundation (CCF), established in 2015 as the CSR arm of CREDAI, works to address key environmental and social challenges within the construction sector, with a strong focus on sustainability and ecological restoration. The Foundation promotes environmentally responsible development practices that help reduce the environmental impact of construction activities.
CCF actively collaborates with member developers and stakeholders to implement initiatives such as reforestation, tree plantation drives, solid waste management, and the adoption of green building practices. These efforts aim to restore green cover, strengthen urban ecosystems, and promote resource efficiency for a more sustainable future.
Alongside its environmental initiatives, CCF also supports construction workers through skill development and welfare programmes, recognizing their role in sustainable growth. The Foundation further extends assistance during natural calamities to support environmentally responsible recovery and rehabilitation.
